First of all, I am an experienced software development project manager for +20 years who has a history of coordinating the activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. I am a first class communicator and quick learner who is able to adapt to changing environments whilst working under pressure. I have a track record of determining goals, time frames, constraints, risks, staffing requirements and procedures for accomplishing projects. As an excellent communicator I am able to find out exactly what a client wants to achieve.
I have +10 successful enterprise business intelligence projects in my resume and able to deliver effective and efficient Business Intelligence solutions by architecting data warehouse, mining data and studying business forecasts. I have good experience of Business Intelligence concepts, knowledge and (some) tools, and also has good knowledge about handling big data in enterprise BI and DSS solutions.
In addition, I teach Business Intelligence (data warehousing, OLAP, data mining and graph mining), ITIL (foundation and implementation techniques) and Agile Project Management at the university and at the authentic IT training institute. And also I consulte and implement ITIL processes in client organizations since 2010.
For the first time in Iran at 2013, I released “ITIL Foundation video course” in persian language with over 11 hours and 20 lessons video lectures.
